  I have lived in Yankee springs meadows for about two years now. I asked the lovely Ms. Dawn for a payment ledger and I was disturbed when she told me they do not keep payment ledgers. I’m concerned with why I can’t see the proof of my payments with paying for two years and having paid two months ahead. Without payment ledgers how does this company prove someone has not paid their rent for court or eviction??

  We liked the place and the management. 2 years 7 months went by fast and we enjoyed our home. My only issue was I had a hard time affording my bills. I didn't ever expect management to do more then they could.
